Betsey Hutton joined the leadership team in 2019 during a banner year for STS cloud services. Hutton’s responsibilities at STS focus on long-term sustainable growth; enhancing business development strategies and practices; and establishing and managing high value strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining STS, Betsey was the Business Development Executive for Octo Consulting’s Federal Civilian and DHS Business Unit. She also spent 4 years at ICF International in various roles. These included the Director of Business Development for Federal Information Technology, as well as the Director of Alliances for ICF’s commercial business.

Betsey holds a BA in Rhetoric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MAS in Conflict Resolution from the University of Basel-Centre for Advanced Studies.
