Carol Caputo, Director of Talent Acquisition, leads the corporate talent and business operations at Simple Technology Solutions. An innovative thinker with a background in strategic business and human resources operations, Carol consistently delivers optimized business results for large and small Commercial and Federal Government organizations. Specializing in Lean Agile adoption in back-office operations, she manages a network of empowered thought leaders to lead innovative solutions for complex business and human capital challenges.

Prior to joining STS, Carol served as the Senior Director of Administration and Operations for a large Federal Contractor and a National IT Commercial Consulting organization. She also served as a business consultant for small-to-medium sized Federal Contractors in DC. 

“Applying a Lean and Agile business approach to our own organization has maximized action-oriented decision making to accommodate fast-changing priorities. Developing this dynamic team model ensures the creation of standardized business practices to deliver effective and timely solutions to our Federal Agency customers,” says Carol. 

Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Certifications: Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resources Management, SAFe for Government Certification.
